KERRVILLE, Texas – The University of St. Thomas Women's Golf team secured a fifth-place finish at the Schreiner Invitational after high winds forced an early end to the tournament. With teams unable to complete the second round, first-round scores stood as the final results.
Leah Torres led the Celts with a standout performance, finishing in second place with a +2 (74). Emma Cook followed, tying for 19th place at +10 (82). Cameron Frazier carded a +14 (86) to tie for 36th place, while Emma Koch finished twith +19 (91). Regina Garcia Perez posted a +21 (93) and Xiadani Islas, competing as an individual, shot +18 (90).
