Women's golf took third place after a competitive day at The Lidlifter in Kingwood, TX. The Celts started strong on day one, tying for second place with University of Texas at Dallas, but would drop to third after the final round of action. Keeping the Celts in contention was freshman Emma Luna, who finished second overall carding an outstanding 76 (+4) and 75 (+3) in both rounds. 

Following Luna would be senior Myra Truong who would have an impressive opening day, shooting five over (77) and placing third. However, she would shoot an 81 on day two slipping to sixth overall in the field. Another notable Celt performance was sophomore Juliana Hudman's who scored a consistent +10 on both days, putting her in 11th place overall.

As a whole, St. Thomas would pace East Texas Baptist University by one stroke, locking in a third place finish. 

Women's Golf continues their spring campaign in Las Vegas at the Paiute Battle on March 21st and 22nd.
