
Houston Texas- After the final round of the Space City Classic, the Celt Women finished third place. St. Thomas jumped two places after firing a team score of 337 led by freshman Emma Cook.
Emma Cook fired an 82 (+11) in the final round and jumped two places to finish tied for 13th. Cook's scorecard included 8 pars and a birdie to round out the tournament.
Not far behind Cook was Emma Luna, who finished 21st carding an 85 (+14), matching her day one score. Luna's 7 par and 1 birdie performance jumped her 5 places from day one.
Combined with their day one score, the Celts finished in third place, up from fifth yesterday. The position earned the Celts a spot at the podium and their 3rd top-three finish of the season.

Trinity Le finished tied for 26 after struggling on the course in the second round. Le carded a 94 (+23) dropping 11 spots.
Lastly, Regina Perez improved her day one score by four strokes to an 85 (+14) to jump 7 spots into 30th.
