
The University of St. Thomas Women's Golf team battled on Day 2 of the Alamo City Classic. After a strong first day, the Celts sat in 2nd place, trailing only the Trinity Tigers. However, UST could not recapture their Monday momentum and dropped to fourth place in the Tournament. Trinity University hosted the tournament on their home course, the Quarry Golf Club in San Antonio, TX. The Celts posted a two-round total of 652, finishing three strokes shy of a top-three position.

Cameron Frazier led the Celts, finishing 5th overall with a two-day score of 159 (+15), earning an All-Tournament honor. Frazier shot a 79 in the opening round and followed it up with an 80, showing consistent performance throughout the tournament.
Leah Torres also played a key role for the Celts, finishing tied for 8th with a 161 (+17) score. Torres opened with a 78 and carded an 83 on Day 2. Emma Cook and Xiadani Islas finished tied for 12th, each recording a total score of 165 (+21).
The Celts displayed resilience and growth as a team, with standout performances from Frazier and Torres. With each tournament, the group continues to build chemistry and sharpen their skills, positioning themselves for future success.
