Women's golf finished fifth place after the final round of the Schreiner Spring Shootout. Despite mostly improving individual scores, the Celts' place remained in the final standings.
Juliana Hudman jumped seven places from her day one placement after firing a 77 (+5) in the final round. Hudman led all St. Thomas golfers and locked in a 12th-place finish at the end of the tournament. Trinity Le was right behind her in 13th place after shooting an 81 (+9) in the final round. Rounding out the top three golfers for the Celts was Emma Luna. Luna had a rebound performance from day one firing a 78 (+6) on day two, jumping 10 places in the leaderboard to 17th place.
Myra Truong was the next Celt golfer as she shot an 85 (+13) in the final round. Truong dropped three places from her opening score to finish tied for 26th. Rounding out the Celt golfers was Regina Perez who finished 40th, down one from yesterday.
At the conclusion of the tournament, the Celts finished with a 647 team score at +33 strokes. Even though their place remained the same after day one, St. Thomas was the highest-placing SCAC school at the tournament.
