Baseball hosted a midweek single game against Huston Tillotson this Tuesday afternoon. After nine innings of non-conference action, the Celts came out on top 8-4. 

From the first pitch, it seemed like the Celts overpowered the Rams. After a quick three up and three down for Huston Tillotson, St. Thomas got on the board after six hits generated four runs to make the score 4-0. From there, Huston Tillotson would try to claw their way back into the game, cutting the deficit in half 4-2, but the Celts only added to their lead in subsequent innings to put the Rams away. 

Mason Seay would lead the Celts with two hits leading to 3 RBI. Eight different batters recorded a hit in the game as the Celts lineup showcased their skills. On the mound, Luke Sebesta would get the start and went two innings of shutout baseball. Nick Alumai notched the first win of his career after coming in the fifth inning to shut out the Rams.
