Game One: UST-6  Southwestern-16

The Celts didn't kick off their doubleheader with Southwestern the way they anticipated. After they surrendered five runs in the first and eight runs in the bottom of the third, UST found themselves climbing uphill for the remainder of the contest. An RBI double from Parker Edwards would drive in a run in the top of the eighth, giving the Celts life. Leo Galvan would then launch a three-run home run to show UST promise for the reminder of the series.

Game Two: UST-4  Southwestern-15

Despite the Celts striking first, Southwestern would yet again jump out to an early lead, plating six runs in the bottom of the first. UST would steadily claw their way back into the game, chipping away at the Pirates lead. It wasn't until the eighth inning where Southwestern scored eight runs that they would close the door on the Celts.

UST Baseball will return home next weekend to take on #1 Trinity University
