Men's Golf competed in their last regular season tournament this past Monday. The West Region Invitational featured the Celts getting 8th place after two rounds of action. 

The tournament was shorted to a single day 36 hole-two round event.

Freshman Antonio Ramirez led the Celts at 17th place. In his opening round he fired a 76 (+4) with a birdie and 11 pars, then lowered his score to a 75 (+3) in round two with 3 birdies and 9 pars to finish with a total of 151.

Zach Allen was next in line for the Celts finishing 30th. After firing a round one of 83 (+11), Allen lowered his score to 75 (+3) with 10 pars and 2 birdies to finish with a 158. 

The Lineup

Zach Allen was next in line for the Celts finishing 30th. After firing a round one of 83 (+11), Allen lowered his score to 75 (+3) with 10 pars and 2 birdies to finish with a 158. 

After a round one score of 75 (+3), Individual Lawson Fiscus struggled on his final 18 and added an 84 (+12) to his score. Fiscus had 5 birdies and 19 pars to round out his tournament. 

Marshall Hatcher opened his tournament with an 83 (+11) but then responded with an 77 (+5) in round two. Hatcher had four pars in his final 18 to jump 8 places into 38th place. 

Patrick Smetek finished tied for 42nd after carding a 79 (+7) and 82 (+10) for a total of 161. Smetek's scorecard included 17 pars and 2 birdies on the day.

Lastly, Cameron Curtis fired an 80 (+8) and 82 (+10) on the course. Curtis totaled 162 with 23 pars to close out the Celts' tournament run. 

Altogether, the Celts finished with a score of 627, good for 8th place.
