Men's Golf kicked off their 2021-2022 season, competing in the Tempest Intercollegiate in Tyler, Texas. In this two day, three-round tournament, the Celts finished in sixth place in a field of eleven teams.
The Celts were led by Freshman Greg Dupont finishing 15th place, while shooting nine over par in his collegiate debut. Only one stroke behind Dupont was fellow Celts, Jonathan Miller and Henry Phavorachit who shot ten over, placing them 19th overall.
Cade Kiser (+13) and Patrick Smetek(+14) finished 25th and 27th respectively. Rounding out the Celts competitors for the Tempest Intercollegiate was Bradley McCaleb, shooting 26 over par, finishing 54th.
Men's Golf continues their fall campaign on October 18th and 19th at the Crusader Invitational in Thackerville Oklahoma.
