Kiser Leads Celts at Glenlakes Invitational

Men's Golf teed off their Spring Break at the Glenlakes Invitational in Foley, Alabama. After two rounds of opening action, Cade Kiser finished three under par to lock in first place overall.

Cade Kiser led all Celts firing opening rounds of 73 (+1) and 68 (-4). Kiser's score of three under helped him achieve first place in the field of 79 golfers. Not far behind him was Henry Phavorachit, who jumped 14 places from his opening score shooting an 80 (+8) and 73 (+1) to finish tied for 24th. Rounding out the top three for St. Thomas was Jonathan Miller who improved his round-one score from 78 (+6) to 77 (+5) to finish tied for 33rd. 

Patrick Smetek was steady, firing rounds of 77 (+5) and 79 (+7) this gave him 38th place overall. Finally, Cameron Curtis will look to continue his round one bounce back after opening with a 86 (+14). Curtis followed it up with a 75 (+3) in round two to keep St. Thomas in contention.

At the conclusion of the first two rounds, the Celts finished 4th with 601 strokes (+25) and just ten strokes behind first place.
