Men's Golf Competes at Crusader Invitational

After a one-day shootout due to rain, men's golf finish in 10th at the Crusader Invitational. In windy conditions, the Celts were led by Jonathan Miller, Patrick Smetek, and Cade Kiser, who all placed T42nd.

Cade Kiser fired a 79 (+7). After averaging three birdies per round to start the season, Cade was unable to card a red number on Tuesday. Jonathan Miller also shot a 79 (+7). Miller would card one of the two birdies for St. Thomas on the 564 yard 15th hole. Rounding out the top three finishers for the Celts was Patrick Smetek who carded a 79 (+7) as well. Smetek shot the other birdie for St. Thomas on hole three, to go along with 10 pars. 

Cameron Curtis was next for the Celts at 54th place, shooting 81 (+9) for the competition. Curtis split his day with 9 bogeys and 9 pars even to contribute to the overall team score. Henry Phavorachit 82 (+10) and Jackson Murff, 90 (+18) also competed for the Celts. With all the scores combined, St. Thomas finished 10th place, at 313. 

This concludes the Men's Golf fall season, the Celts will return to action for the spring as they prepare for the SCAC Conference Tournament!
