In an announcement via the team's Instagram page, UST Spirit will be hosting cheer and dance recruitment clinics throughout the remainder of the spring semester as they prepare for the 2023-24 academic year, which will be their first year of official competition.
The team will host two events, both taking place at the Jerabeck Activity and Athletics Center, home of the UST Celts. On March 26th, the first half of the event will be dedicated to cheer and run from 9 AM to 12 PM, with dance scheduled for 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM. Then the next one will be on April 30th, as dance runs from 9 AM to 12 PM, and cheer from 1 PM to 4 PM.
Interested student-athletes must fill out this form right here to attend. The cost for each clinic is $10 cash and choose a desired team.
Under first-year Head Coach Ceirra Bonds, the Celts are looking to recruit individuals who have a passion for the two programs and the University of St. Thomas. With plenty of on-campus events and nationals to prepare for, it is key for the teams to find passionate student-athletes to join the Celt Culture.
