Men's Tennis Falls in SCAC Match to Colorado College

In a challenging match against the Colorado College Tigers, the St. Thomas Celts men's tennis team faced a tough 9-0 defeat.

The doubles matches started off with a tough battle, with Jamie O'Shea and Pooya Tork falling short with a score of 8-5 on Line One. Zhanlue Kuang and Dorian Cudina encountered difficulties on Line Two, ultimately losing with a score of 8-3, while Hunter Kemball-Cook and Jeremiah Hoover faced a similar fate on Line Three, also losing 8-3.

Moving into singles play, the Celts continued to face tough opposition. Zhanlue Kuang fought hard but ultimately fell with scores of 6-3, 6-3 on Line One. Jamie O'Shea displayed resilience in a three-set battle on Line Two, winning the second set 6-3 but narrowly losing the tiebreaker with scores of 6-1, 6-3, 9-11. Pooya Tork faced a tough match on Line Three, falling with scores of 6-0, 6-0, while Hunter Kemball Cook encountered difficulties and fell with scores of 6-1, 6-1 on Line Four. Ruben Reyes faced tough opposition on Line Five and fell with scores of 6-0, 7-0, while Jeremiah Hoover had to retire from his match on Line Six.

Overall, the St. Thomas Celts men's tennis team showed determination and effort but was unable to overcome the Colorado College Tigers, facing a tough 9-0 defeat in the match.
