The St. Thomas Men's Track Team demonstrated their skill and determination at the TLU D3 Challenge, delivering strong performances and achieving notable results across various events. Here's a recap of the key highlights:

  1. Matthew Hicks - High Jump (1st Place)

    • Matthew Hicks secured victory in the Men's High Jump with an impressive mark of 1.95 meters, showcasing his talent and technique in the event.
  2. Bryce McIntyre - Long Jump (Season Best)

    • Bryce McIntyre achieved a season-best mark of 6.67 meters in the Men's Long Jump, placing 4th overall. Teammates Jason Crampton and Jacolby Mattox also delivered strong performances, setting new personal bests of 6.65 and 6.39 meters, respectively.
  3. Kashala Kapyamba - 100m and 200m (Season Bests, Personal Best)

    • Kashala Kapyamba achieved a season-best time of 10.98 in the Men's 100m, finishing 6th overall. Additionally, Kapyamba set a new personal best of 22.05 in the Men's 200m, securing 6th place in the competition.
  4. 4x400m Relay (3rd Place)

  5. Mason McFeeters - 1500m (Personal Best)

    • Mason McFeeters achieved a new personal best time of 4:13.23 in the Men's 1500m, finishing 8th overall. McFeeters' improvement highlights his dedication and commitment to the middle-distance event.
