Celt Men's Tennis Falls 6-3 to Bulldogs

In a competitive match against the Texas Lutheran Bulldogs, the St. Thomas Celts men's tennis team faced a 6-3 loss.

The Celts started off strong in doubles, with Jamie O'Shea and Pooya Tork securing a decisive win on Line One 8-3, and Zhanlue Kuang and Ruben Reyes following suit with another victory on Line Two 8-3. However, Hunter Kemball-Cook and Jeremiah Hoover encountered tough opposition and fell short on Line Three.

Moving into singles play, Zhanlue Kuang fought hard but ultimately lost in three sets on Line One, winning the first set but dropping the next two. Jamie O Shea continued the Celts' strong performance with a solid victory on Line Two 6-3, 6-4. Unfortunately, Pooya Tork faced a tough battle and fell in two sets on Line Three. Hunter Kemball Cook fought bravely in a three-set match on Line Four, securing the second set but ultimately falling short. Jeremiah Hoover and Ruben Reyes encountered tough opponents on Lines Five and Six, both falling in straight sets.

Despite their efforts, the St. Thomas Celts were unable to overcome the Texas Lutheran Bulldogs, facing a 3-6 defeat in the match.
