Women's Track & Field kicked off their second season with their first-ever indoor track meet. The Celts competed at the FasTrk Athletix Meet in Houston, Texas.
In a stacked One Mile Run, the Celts had five runners competing. Jocelyn Olivarez would rank 22nd in the field while logging a 5:41 time. Locking in a top 25 finish would be Martina Caridad. Caridad would have a late push in her heat to record a 5:46 performance. Sophia Sanchez would run a 5:47, placing her 27th overall while Ashley Martinez would place 29th with a 5:56 time. Closing out the Celts' runners for the event would be Samantha Hernandez who clocked a 6:10 time, ranking her 31st overall.
In the 200 Meter Dash, Ny'Cierra Hinton would lead the Celts with a 39th place finish with her 27.40 time. Ranking 44th overall, Sophia Delgado would record a 27.79 performance in her first collegiate track meet. Clydajia Williams would run a 28.04 for the Celts, landing her in 48th place overall.
Hinton would show out in the 60 Meter Dash, locking in a 19th place finish in a loaded field. She would run a Celt-best 8:28, the best by any Division III competitor. Sophia Delgado would run a 8:72, locking her in with a 29th place finish.
