Women's Tennis dropped their match with American Southern Conference Champion: University of Texas at Dallas this past weekend.
The Celts would have their hands full against this opponent, starting in doubles. Alejandra Lopez and Karissa Guzman would chip away at a UTD lead, but would eventually fall 8-2. Alyssa Davila and Jenny Reynolds experienced similar results as the Comets would rally and take the set 8-3.
Singles would prove difficult for the Celts as well as UTD would hold strong. Leading things off for the Celts would be Alejandra Lopez as she would make her UTD opponent's fight for their victory. However, Jenny Reynolds would highlight this series for the Celts as she would drop her game 6-1 and 6-3.
