Men's Tennis fought hard against Southwestern to open up SCAC play. Despite taking two doubles matches, the Celts lost the match 6-3.
Doubles saw the Celts win 2-1. The dynamic duo of Rodrigo Yoshikata and Jace Ware picked up where they left off taking a thrilling 8-7 match victory. Following them, Race Haas and Tyler Head found themselves in a competitive game with Southwestern. Head and Haas ultimately came out on top 8-6, leaving Zhanlue Kuang and Carson Steele in line three. Kuang and Steele took four points off Southwestern, however it wasn't enough as the Pirates secured an 8-4 victory.
In singles, Rodrigo Yoshikata won his match in a swift two sets 6-1, and 7-5. St. Thomas struggled to generate many points from there as Southwestern took all the remaining matches.
