Volleyball dropped their final regular season match of the year after a four-set decision with Austin College.

The Lady Roos' would jump on the Celts early, stealing the first two sets in convincing fashion. Stubborn to go away easily, St. Thomas would grab the third set after popping off for nine unanswered points midway through the frame. Unfortunately, Austin College would respond and squeak out a win in the final set, 25-23.

Paige Havel would post 12 kills on 30 swings; she would also have a team-high four blocks in the outing. Freshman Emerson Sykes would dish out a game-high 17 assists to go along with her nine digs.

The Celts wrap up conference play with a 5-11 record, ranking them sixth in Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference. They will open up the SCAC Tournament next week with the one-seeded Trinity Univeristy.
