Men's Cross Country Races at Bronco Invitational

The St. Thomas (Tex.) Men's Cross Country Team participated in the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational, facing stiff competition in the challenging 8k race. The team collectively achieved a 13th-place finish out of 19 teams, showcasing their resilience and dedication in a competitive field.

The individual performances within the St. Thomas team were commendable:

Top Performers:

  1. Jhancarlos Carpio (JR): Jhancarlos led the St. Thomas team with a strong performance, finishing with a time of 25:38.2.
  2. James Urbina (SR): James completed the race in 25:59.2, contributing significantly to the team's overall standing.
  3. Diego Moya (FR): Diego, a freshman, demonstrated his potential with a time of 27:07.3.
  4. Drew Cunningham (SO): Drew finished the race in 27:34.1, showing his determination and commitment.
  5. Osvaldo Jasso (FR): Osvaldo, another freshman, posted a time of 28:25.6, gaining valuable experience.

Despite the 13th-place team finish, the individual performances of the St. Thomas (Tex.) Men's Cross Country Team members were commendable. Their dedication and hard work in a competitive environment are a testament to their potential for future success.
