Men's Cross Country Finishes 2nd at Concordia Invitational

Men's Cross Country achieved second place at the Concordia Invitational. The Celts showed poise with three runners finishing in the top six—the highest of any School at the meet.

St. Thomas was led by top finisher James Urbina at fourth, clocking 23:43 his best finish of the season. Right behind at fifth was unaffiliated-St. Thomas runner Steven Aguilar just two seconds back at 23:45. Finally, the sophomore star Jhancarlos Carpio finished sixth with a time of 23:49.

Without Aguilar's score counting, the Celts finished with 75 at second place, right behind Our Lady of the Lake in first, and ahead of all Division Two and Three competitors.

Up next, Men's Cross Country runs again at the Incarnate Word Invitational on October 1st.
