Men's Cross Country had a strong showing at the Nory Hersey Rice Invitational in a field of nearly all Division I teams. The Celts finished in eighth place, while freshman Jhancarlos Carpio would lead the way for the Celts.

Carpio would place 26^th while running a 20:22 time, pushing a 3:24/K pace. Only three finishers later, fellow freshman Andres Padron would clock in a 20:25 time—locking in 29^th place. James Urbina would be the next Celt to cross the finish line, this time in 20 minutes and 58 seconds. Jaxon Boyd and Lucas Wolf would finish back-to-back as Boyd would post a 21:22 time, while Wolf recorded a 21:28 time.

The Celts will compete in the Concordia Invitational on September 24^th.
