
SAN ANTONIO, TX-St. Thomas men's track and field team closed out the Tiger Invitational with a series of standout performances, posting season and personal bests across multiple events.
Matthew Hicks led the way in the high jump, securing second place with a height of 2.01 meters, adding another strong finish to his impressive season. On the track, Osvaldo Jasso delivered a personal best in the 1500m, clocking 4:04.19 for a fourth-place finish.
In the 400m, Bryce McIntyre put on a stellar performance, finishing third with a season-best time of 48.11, which now stands as the fastest time in the SCAC this season. Terrence Veal followed with a personal best of 49.21, making him the second-fastest in UST program history. McIntyre also recorded a fifth-place finish in the 200m, running 21.88, while Chris Releford led the Celts in the 100m, clocking 10.90 as the team's top finisher.
UST wrapped up the meet in the 4x400m relay, posting a season-best 3:19.75 to claim sixth place in a competitive field.
