This an attempt to lower their times at last chance meets leading up to the Championships. Here's a recap of their performances:

1. Trinity Provost - 200m

   • Trinity Provost competed in the 200m event, finishing 11th with a time of 25.78. Despite strong competition, she demonstrated her speed and agility on the track.

2. Sophia Delgado - 400m Hurdles

   • Sophia Delgado represented St. Thomas in the 400m hurdles, securing an 11th place finish with a time of 1:06.10. Her determination and effort were evident as she navigated the hurdles with skill.
