HOUSTON – The Celts of the University of St. Thomas will return to baseball diamond Friday after a two-week layoff when they open a four-game series against Doane (Neb.) at Houston Baptist University's Husky Field.
The teams will play a doubleheader each day. Friday's doubleheader is scheduled for noon, with Saturday's doubleheader scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. All games are scheduled for seven innings.
Husky Field is located on the south portion of the HBU campus adjacent to the football stadium and near the Beechnut St. entrance.
