Tori Poplaski joins the UST softball staff in their 2022 season with a decorated softball career behind her. The New York native was a 4 year varsity starter who earned a spot at University of Rochester. In her tenure, she started 33 games as just a freshman as her team advanced to the 2013 Women’s College World Series. She then took her talents to Oberlin College to finish her career and became the first player to make NCAC 1st team All Conference as she set records for career batting average, home runs, single season home runs, and single season RBIs.
Poplaski currently attends Baylor College of Medicine for her P.H.D. as she assists Coach Angela Froboese in building a strong culture at University of St. Thomas.
