GULF SHORES,AL- Men's tennis team kicked off their Spring Break competition with a strong 5-2 win over Illinois Wesleyan at George Meyer in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
UST gained early momentum in doubles play. Wilson Salazar and Pooya Tork secured a 7-5 victory, while Andres Mora and Michael Haranczyk dominated their match 6-0.
The Celts carried that success into singles action. Sawyer White battled for a 7-5, 6-4 win, while Haranczyk earned a three-set victory, 6-2, 7-6 (7-3). Mora controlled his match with a 6-1, 6-0 win, and Salazar wrapped up the day with a 6-2 victory.
