As Volleyball wraps up their regular season, they now turn their focus to Southern College Athletic Conference Tournament. The sixth-seeded Celts will face off with nationally ranked, third-seeded Southwestern Pirates.
St. Thomas is trending in the right direction after claiming three of their last four matches. Behind all-conference selections, Paige Havel and Ally Peters, the Celts look to make a splash in the postseason.
This marks the third time these teams will battle it out as Southwestern has edged St. Thomas in both of their prior meetings. However, after a near-upset just two weeks ago, the Celts believe they can place the No.16 Pirates on upset alert yet again.
The winner of this SCAC Quarterfinal match advance to the Semifinals where two-seeded Colorado College Tigers will await them.
Trinity University is hosting the SCAC Tournament in San Antonio, Texas from November 5th to November 7th. Per campus policy, all spectators must adhere to the University's mask mandate. For more information on the tournament please visit the Tournament Headquarters.
