
HOUSTON,TX- St. Thomas women's track team continues to make its mark in the indoor season, earning a No. 7 ranking in the latest West Region standings. With standout performances across multiple events, the Celts have solidified themselves as one of the top programs in the region.

Several individual athletes have climbed the rankings with their strong performances. Quadetra Wilburn holds the No. 7 spot in the 60m, while Trinity Provost has been dominant in multiple events, ranking 3rd in the 200m and 5th in the 400m. Kaela Sawyers joins her in the 200m rankings at 7th, and Christina Stinson sits 6th in the 400m. In distance events, Alejandra Ramon holds the second-best time in the 5000m, showcasing the depth of the team across disciplines.
One of the biggest highlights of the season has been the women's 4x400m relay team. With a time of 3:59.94, they hold the top ranking in the West Region, a significant achievement that places them among the best in Division III. Additionally, the women's 400m squad ranks 13th nationally out of 135 Division III programs, based on the average times of each school's top four runners.
As the season progresses, the Celts will continue building on this momentum with the goal of improving their regional and national standings. With multiple athletes performing at a high level, the team is well-positioned to make an impact in the upcoming meets.
