GULF SHORES,AL- St. Thomas women's tennis team opened their Spring Break competition with a 5-1 victory over Belhaven at George Meyer in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

The Celts set the tone early in doubles play. Lucia Rodriguez and Ella Mullins secured a 6-2 win, while Nataly Velasco and Aimee Tran swept their match 6-0.

In singles, the dominance continued. Rodriguez claimed a 6-0, 6-2 win, while Mullins and Tran each recorded flawless 6-0, 6-0 victories. Velasco fought through a competitive first set before closing out a 7-5, 6-0 win. Hannah Snyder also secured a victory due to no opponent.
