GARLAND, Texas – Oscar Mayorga delivered a standout performance for the University of St. Thomas Swimming team on Day Two of the SCAC Swimming & Diving Championships, setting a new personal best in the 500-yard freestyle. Mayorga placed second in the B final with an impressive time of 4:44.21, shaving nearly five seconds off his previous best.

In relay action, the women's 400-yard medley relay team showed remarkable improvement, dropping 4.5 seconds from their seed time to cap off the night on a high note. The quartet of displayed resilience and teamwork, pushing through a highly competitive field to post their fastest time of the season. Their performance highlights the team's steady improvement throughout the year and sets the stage for more success in the final days of the championship.
