Bailey Tisdale returns to the University of St. Thomas as the Assistant Softball and Pitching Coach, rejoining with great enthusiasm. Having played for UST during the 2023 season under Coach Froboese, Tisdale is excited to now coach alongside her former mentor.
During the 2023 season, Tisdale played a pivotal role in leading the Celts to a remarkable 33-10 overall record and an 18-4 mark in the circle. She was instrumental in helping the team secure their first SCAC Championship. Her stellar performances earned her several accolades, including SCAC Pitcher of the Week (twice), 2nd Team All-Region, and 1st Team All-SCAC honors.
Before her time at UST, Tisdale competed at Texas Woman's University and Concordia University Texas. While at TWU, despite a shortened season due to COVID-19, she boasted a 2-0 pitching record, defeating No. 1-ranked defending national champions Augustana and No. 7-ranked Central Oklahoma. At Concordia, she continued to excel, earning NFCA All-West Region honors, ASC 2nd Team recognition, and ASC Academic All-Conference selection.
